SHIPPING & HANDLING PROCEDURES

 

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of  receipt. We ship our products the most economical way. Our standard form of shipping isUSPS,  ground service. Estimated delivery time is 4-5 days. All rates are for continental U.S.A. shipments only. For other areas please contact us for rates.

 

If an alternate method of shipping is desired, UPS,  Ground, 1-2 days rush service, Rush Service Saturday Delivery, Airmail (Parcel Post), please contact us for those rates.

 

Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cash price of the items purchased. They are added automatically to online orders and figured manually on written or phone orders.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa payments on our online store. Payments for purchases through our order form, which are made by, phone, mail, email or fax can be made with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or Money Order. All checks should be made out to “Champagne on Ice”. We do accept personal checks, but product will not be shipped until personal check clears.

 

 

RETURN POLICY & RETURNS

 

You, our customer, must be completely satisfied with the products you purchased from us. If you should receive any items that are damaged, you must contact us immediately upon receipt of the merchandise to inform us of the problem.
